Cats and dogs welcome, up to 2 pets per home. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 per animal is due at move-in, along with monthly pet rent of $25/cat or $50/dog. Dogs are subject to a 65 lb weight limit (100 lb combined for two dogs); cats have no weight limit. The following breeds are restricted: Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, wolf hybrids, and other non-domestic canines. Small caged pets (hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, birds, fish) are welcome at no additional cost. Rabbits, ferrets, chinchillas, reptiles, and other exotic animals are not permitted.Pet Policy
