Our Story
Executive Residences is the rental arm of Executive Construction Homes, a Midlands-based builder with a simple mission: open doors to quality living for people who never thought it possible. Since 1989, ECH has built more than 1,000 homes across the Columbia area, driven by two people who insisted every home be built with the same care as their own.
Executive Residences carries that same standard forward, for renters. The homes we offer are built by Executive Construction Homes or trusted building partners who share our commitment to lasting quality. The difference is simple: you get the comfort and craftsmanship of an ECH home, the ease of a well-run rental, and a team that's part of your community, not just your landlord.
